How do I report bullying or harassment?
You can report a bullying or harassment situation to us in Someturva app.
How to do a report:
Log in to the app and tap the "Get help" button.
Answer the questions as well as you can. Our questions will help you to give enough information about what happened so that we can help you in the best possible way. You can go to the next question or go back to the previous one by tapping the arrow button at the bottom right of the page.
If you want to take a break from answering questions, press the check mark at the top. The unresolved report will be saved and you can continue it later.
When the report is complete and you have answered all the necessary questions, tap "Send". We will evaluate your case and you will receive our response within 0-3 working days. We will send you an SMS or email (depending on your login details) when our response is ready.
