How can I read Someturva's response?
When you report a bullying or harassment situation to us, our experts will evaluate it and you will receive our response within 0-3 working days. You’ll receive a response from the experts in the app. You will be notified by SMS or email, depending on the login method you choose. When you receive the SMS or email, you can read our response this way:
Open the app from the home screen or go to https://palvelu.someturva.fi and log in.
On the "History" screen, tap on the report you sent us, which should now be in the "Response available" state.
To open the response, click on "Open" in the latest message.
Click on "Read more" to read the full texts of the different sections.
