How can I send a message to Someturva about my case I reported before?

Once you have reported a bullying or harassment incident to us, you can send us related messages by:

Log in to the service.
Click on the report you have sent.
Please send us a message if you want to specify or add something to your report, for example. You can also send us a message if you need more help to resolve your situation.

Note! If you want to report a completely separate bullying or harassment situation, please send us a new report by choosing “Get help” in the app.
If you want to send us a message that is not related to the report, you can send us a message in the chat or send an email to
