What is the activation code?
The activation code is an 8-digit code that gives you access to the service. You only need an activation code when you log in to the app for the first time. After that, you will be logged in with just your phone number or email address and one-time passwords.
If your school, employer or other community you belong to has purchased Someturva, you can get an activation code from them.
If you can't find your activation code or you've lost it, ask the original provider for it. You can also always contact our customer service team via chat or by sending an email to info@someturva.fi.
