# What kind of situations should I report and when?

We recommend that you report your problem as soon as it happens or when you fear that something unpleasant is about to happen. Bullying and harassment situations usually escalate quickly. The sooner the situation is addressed, the better the chances to avoid major damage. 
You can report any bullying and harassment situations to us, such as: 

* spreading rumours
* constant harassment
* stalking
* bullying
* name-calling
* threatening
* blackmailing
* sexual harassment
* spreading intimate pictures
* fake profiles
* hate speech
* spreading personal information
