What is a one-time password?
To log in to the Someturva app, you need a phone number or an email address. A one-time password is a six-digit code that you receive by SMS or email to make sure that the phone number or email address is yours and correct. You will receive a new password each time you log in to the app.
If you can't get your one-time password to your phone or email, first check that you entered your phone number/email address correctly and wait a few minutes. It may take a while for the message to arrive. If you still can't get your password, please contact our customer service team via chat or email (info@someturva.fi).
